Sick of seeing constant updates available in your WordPress admin area and not sure if you should click on the buttons or not?
Worried that your site is not being backed up?
Concerned about hacking attempts that you might not notice?
Need regular content/design/support updates?
What makes us different?
We provide a dedicated one-to-one support and maintenance service for your WordPress website.
We are a team of two – not one of these massive automated companies – so we are real people who take care of your websites with a passion and love that no-one else can.
We visit your website for checks and maintenance work several times a month.
We do not limit your storage space.
We constantly monitor forums related to your software so we know whether the latest updates are right for you!
So if the latest WordPress or WooCommerce looks like it might be a dud – or you have custom Themes or plug ins in place – we’ll take this into consideration during our work.
We don’t just automate – we attend to each individual site to see if the updates should be done.
As a result, these packages are limited to a small number at any one time – so don’t delay!

WordPress software updates
WordPress and plug in updates come almost daily at the moment.
Keeping your website software up-to-date is important but it also essential to make sure you have a full backup of your site before doing any upgrades.
Larger sites with lots of plug ins need updates doing in small stages so that the server can cope with the process.
Conflicts between plug ins can occur during upgrades and may need to be restored to an older version or the conflict resolved.
All of these issues are covered for you on a monthly basis without the need to worry at all.
Keeping your site software up-to-date is an essential part of the new GDPR Guidelines with reference to security.
Manual/Automatic and Cloud/Physical Backups
We take our backup procedure seriously.
Database backups are performed daily.
We create many copies of your site – stored both on cloud servers and on physical hard drives.
We store a full three month’s worth of backups for you.
Should your site need to be restored we will do this free of charge on request.
Malware Scanning and Data Breaches
Have you ever experienced having your website hacked?
It’s not a pleasant experience and can feel like a personal attack.
Hacks are usually generated by robots so not personal at all and even top level companies have suffered from security breaches.
Our service runs not only constant automatic hacking alerts but we visit your site weekly and run manual malware scans.
If any file changes or breaches are found we will delete the whole site and restore back to the last clean version on our backup system.
We will create a new database and update all log in details.
Ever thought your website was having more downtime than up?
Have you approached your web host only to be told that uptime has been 100% so it must be you that has the issue?
With our service you will receive a full Uptime report each month detailing any issues your server might have had which you can present to your hosting company.
